literally just fire everybody that works here. Took a lunch break the whole afternoon until 3:40PM only for the worker to finally stop by and say they don’t have the key to get in. waited another 20 minutes and nothing has happened. branch needs to shut down because other reviews are just as horrible

This has hit a new low. Sign says closed for Lunch no information about times. I have been here since 1 pm now 1:45 so a long lunch hour. It is bad enough that they can’t serve people who need to mail or send packages but they won’t even reveal when they are open. Where is AI when it might help! 3rd world country standards! Still at the door !!

I’ve been here probably six times in the last year and at least 5 times there’s been a sign on the door that says they’re out for lunch, regardless of whether I’ve gone at 11 AM or 2 PM. They should absolutely take lunches and I completely understand if the post office needs to be closed because of that, but I wish there was some way to know when that is so I wouldn’t be missing work to lug heavy packages a fair distance, especially since I can’t always afford to wait!

Hard to review when this location always seems to be closed. Twice in the past two weeks they were closed during business hours.

The worst experience I’ve ever received out in public ever — and thats saying a lot. I never write reviews good or bad but the clerks that work there are awful. I walk in and there’s only one other lady who is filling out paperwork for her package (not in line) so I go up to the counter where the clerk is. She doesn’t even look up and says “you need to get in line behind the grey line and wait to be called”. I ask “Oh do I need a number or something?” cause I was confused why she just didn’t want to help. I’m pretty self-aware and read body language and the clerk was not busy, she was just standing there. It was more like a power trip thing or like they decide who to help and who to bully. Anyways I recorded some of the audio of the way they were speaking to me and I just want someone to be held accountable for the bad service cause reading these reviews it seems like it’s been happening for a while without any of the clerks receiving repercussions for their terrible service. They told me they weren’t going to help me and to not come back so I put in a complaint.
