Unbelievably rude. Essentially refused to answer any of my questions and berated me when I asked for clarification on the shipping of an item. It was actually insane..

The staff who work there are very rude, especially the lady; she's very impolite and I hated every time I had to go to that place.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the issue started with my own mistake. I accidentally dropped off a UPS package with two expensive rented camera lenses in it. I was notified by the rental place that they didn't receive my package, so I checked with both USPS and UPS and they both said a UPS person comes by every day to pick up packages meant for them. I went back to this USPS facility after 4 days to check what I can do or whether they still had it and all they said was if it was there it would've been turned over to UPS. UPS continued to say if it were among the packages they picked up from this facility, I would see that in the tracking. I asked the postal worker at the counter what I can do because the rental facility is going to charge me every day that they don't receive the lenses, and asked her whether I can file a claim to start an investigation. She told me no because it's not a USPS package, and continued to repeat that they must not have it. I asked what else I could do beside filing a police report-- there are cameras all over that they could get footage from showing I dropped the package off-- and she simply said, "they're not gonna do that." Well it turns out you actually CAN start an investigation for exactly this kind of thing by calling the USPS investigation service's office of the inspector general, who will file a report and investigate.

Horrible experience with passport appointment! We had an appointment scheduled and showed up a few minutes earlier. we were told Ms. Yvette left and would not be there for the rest of the week. Guess what? They said it was an emergency, but of course the appointment was close to a holiday. We did not get any notification for the cancelled appointment. The lady at the counter said to go complain at the SW location (which doesn't make any sense!). Rude, unacceptable behavior.
However, we went to two other USPS locations trying to get the passport done. We went to SW and Brentwood because both the website and the Customer Representative on the phone said they were doing walk-ins on that day and time. No passport officer was there in neither location!! SW said that that day was the officer's day off (then, why you don't update your website and the information you give?). Brentwood said that they don't do walk-ins at all anymore. Unacceptable.
