These ppl are a complete joke. The delivery driver refuses to deliver packages. Mind you I seen a worker actually pull out a janitor ring of keys and open my building door. So they have the ability to deliver packages that do not fit the mailbox, but pick and choose when they want to or not. So then you have to go pick up your package mind you these ppl be closing the doors early, their inside lighting is so bad it looks like it's closed while you are standing inside, the workers be getting told to leave while ppl are waiting in line. They have one to two ppl working daily. So I go to pick up my package the next morning the worker says "we don't have it." It can't be anywhere but at the post office being it was not scheduled for redelivery. But I don't have the energy to argue with these ppl so I said okay and left. It's late afternoon and I still haven't gotten a notification where my package is at so I call customer service and they also let me know what I already knew/figured, that they should have the package at the office. So the lady lied. These ppl are outrageous. Never had this issue in the better part of the city, uptown.

Plenty of comments mention this is the worst USPS in the area. This location is full of people that hate their job, complain all the time and don’t want to work. My packages are constantly marked as undeliverable forcing me to pick them up from this location because the staff doesn’t want to load packages on a truck and do their job. When you request a redelivery they keep the package until the return date then send it back. UPS and FedEx have no problems delivering my packages. We gotta do better and treat each other better as people. Folks have medications sent through the mail and yall could care less as long as it’s one less thing to do. If lifting boxes isn’t something you want to do find another job…this is a mail delivery service in case the staff forgot.

This office is chronically understaffed. The women working there are extremely kind, courteous, and professional, but that cannot make up for the extremely poor management that puts them in such a difficult position every day. They frequently close well before 5pm.
