- LQLilly QJan 15, 20261.0I cannot stand this place. First, it’s them closing early “for lunch” at 4-5 PM! Leave one person behind or take “lunch” AFTER HOURS. This is so unprofessional. Second, I came the next morning to drop off the same package. The opening attitude was slow, uncaring, and lazy. If you can’t even try at an easy job like this, quit!! The woman working at 9 AM on Jan 15 was callous towards a sweet old woman asking a reasonable question. She simply just doesn’t want to do her job. I tell the worker that I have a QR code and she immediately cuts in with “all previous labels must be removed”. Mind you, I have dropped off hundreds of packages and they have ALWAYS just covered the old label with the new one. So I spent the next several minutes picking at the old label, all for her to just take it anyways and put the new label right on top of it. If you need anything above the lowest amount of effort, they will make your experience difficult.

I’m a teacher who can’t leave work in the middle of the day to go to the post office. At the very least, they should be open during their opening hours.
