- R1revsongwriter 1Feb 12, 20261.0This post office has been losing my packages. Since November 2025, I've had 3 missing packages that were CONFIRMED delivery WITH A PICTURE by the delivery agent. When I went to pick them up, they not only were not found, but the employees have promised to call me back and never do. This location is always understaffed and they are sloppy with our PO BOX deliveries. On multiple occasions, other people's mail has been in my PO BOX and my mail has been missing. I am currently missing a very important package that was delivered to this post office on January 20, 2026. I have a picture of the confirmed delivery that shows the inside of the work room. They have sent me on the run around to find the package since I first came to pick it up on January 27, 2026. This is unacceptable. --

When the teller called the supervisor to assist me, she came to the door with a face of what do you want, I knew I had a problem that was not going to be satisfied. She offered no assistance or advice to help me obtain my package. She had such a nonchalant attitude, that I should have known better to rely on her customer assistance, being great. If you have a problem, do not stop at management at this location. Try customer service, maybe you will receive better assistance.

For this location to be walking distance, I literally take the extra mile to go to the Pennsylvania Ave location. They are much more kind there and always looking for solutions!
