When I first walked in a gentleman was there very attentive very helpful, explained every step I needed to do to send off the certified notifications. And then a woman came in, and he disappeared. Would like seven or eight or nine people in line. She's looking like what she's looking like as she looks out at the line. Yet she was helpful, yet I had to go back two or three times to reiterate and make sure I'm doing this certain mail off right. I didn't get their names. Yet $80 Plus later I pray I did it right

I should’ve read the reviews before I came here. I dropped off a pre-paid tracked package at the window. Several hours later USPS tracking shows package still not received. Edit - it eventually got there, so it worked out. Still not happy about the two day delay, but [shrug].

On the 2nd of this month (September) I sent a package to South Carolina. Today is the 10th and the recipient has not received it yet. I've been calling and was told I had to speak to a supervisor because I don't have a tracking number. The supervisor can look for the number in the system if I give the date, time and credit card number. Well I've been going to the post office and either being told that they are lunch or out in the field. This is so aggravating and time consuming. Also every time I go there, only one representative is there and you have to call out to them to make yourself known. This is the worst post office I've ever been to, and they don't seem to care when you complain.

Woman working at 11am on August 11th needs to be fired. She yelled at full volume, was rude and made everything more complicated for no reason. The door for the packages didn’t shut fully and she SCREAMED at the top of her lungs for me to shut it- it was so uncivilized when she could’ve just asked normally. I’ve never felt more unsafe at an establishment.

What is the point of “Click-n-Ship” if there isn’t a drop box to drop off packages?
