They never have supplies and the employees are truly disconnected from customer service and finding solutions. For this location to be walking distance, I literally take the extra mile to go to the Pennsylvania Ave location. They are much more kind there and always looking for solutions!

The Tenley Town post office in DC is the absolute worst. Sitting in the lobby calling the phone for a mail pickup only because there is but one agent managing the customers with a line reaching the door. Called for over 33 minutes as I saw people in the back moving around at a snail’s pace as if no one could hear the phone, no one EVER answered. All too often a mail pickup can take 40 minutes to an hour. Perhaps the laziest, slowest, and totally void of any customer service etiquette. They need a complete overhaul from management down to the staff in the back. Avoid this kind post office if you can. The only good thing is they are open on Sundays.

Went there twice this week to get stamps and send some mail. Both times were quick and the people working there were professional and kind.

When I first walked in a gentleman was there very attentive very helpful, explained every step I needed to do to send off the certified notifications. And then a woman came in, and he disappeared. Would like seven or eight or nine people in line. She's looking like what she's looking like as she looks out at the line. Yet she was helpful, yet I had to go back two or three times to reiterate and make sure I'm doing this certain mail off right. I didn't get their names. Yet $80 Plus later I pray I did it right
