- BDBetiel DawitJan 21, 20261.0🛑This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The postal guy had a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. I was respectful, yet I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. If someone hates their job this much, they should not be working with the public. especially at a place people rely on for important services.Management seriously needs to replace or retrain this employee immediately.
- NNNickDec 6, 20251.0I received an update that my package was sent to this location, person on the counter said it wasn’t there and didn’t offer to help me and proceeded to ignore me, completely rude! They also said my passport I.D wasn’t a valid identification even though in if u look up usps identifications that are accepted, say otherwise the reason is because I don’t have the age to get any other identification. They also didn’t bother to leave a paper that said why they didn’t leave it at my house! Just avoid this place!
