Even though it was a prepaid slip specifically for USPS. They sent me to the UPS store across the street who had phenomenal customer service and helped me even though it was a USPS label not a UPS one. Save yourself the trip and go across the street to the UPS store first, they’re so great!

The clerk at the postal counter practically yelled at me for being there when it was closed, and didn’t seem to understand that the reason people kept coming when the passport office was closed was because they kept scheduling appointments. I went a few days later to the Bethesda post office and it was a breeze and the clerk was so nice to my kid. It’s better to drive farther and avoid this place.
