- FFFitzyLoveFeb 28, 20205.0My neighborhood Post Office since I was old enough to mail and purchase have been great. I left DC in 1994 came back 2003 and they still have wonderful superb service. Some of the mail people that deliver the mail just need to be more focused on delivering the mail other than that I am pleased. 👏🏾👏🏾😊
- VRValeria ReedApr 5, 20171.0It is not the place, but the manager Marcellus Wright. I have had many problems with the new postal people asigned to my St. From what I was told there are about four. Many of my packages have been lost or given to people who are not me. Loads of packages were left on my porch several times that belonged to other people. Up to four to five large packages were left several times.I had to call several times to have them picked up. There is one older lady who works there who helped me. The manager is of no help. He will not return phone calls and he dissemble. The last time a package was not delivered, I called him. I was in the middle of explaining when he told me he was on a three way call and would get back to me. He never did so I went to see him in person, only to be told that he left early. He never called. I have complained many times to customer service to no avail. I shouldn't have to live in fear of whether or not I will receive my packages. Mr. Wright's behavior is one of "I don't care." He seems to be protected which is not right. He removed from my area an excellent postal person to replace him with four postal persons who doesn't seem to care about what they are doing.
