    I had to do a change of address today at 430p for my recently deceased much beloved mother. The process was straightforward. At the end, the young woman who helped me told me she was sorry for my loss and gave me a virtual hug through the plexiglass. Thank you for your humanity and your generosity--it means a lot. (The name I post under is not my real name).

    Stood in an the lobby for 10 minutes by myself. NO ONE came out to assist me despite me calling out multiple time. I could have stolen envelopes and cards for all they cared. It’s 3pm on a Thursday - not even close to closing time. This is absolutely unacceptable.

    They have lost 3 of my packages in a span of 1 week. First one said they couldn’t get it and will be redelivered just to get an email saying they lost it. Now two of my packages were delivered at mailbox that never came one being a pair of BOOTS. They are definitely stealing packages in this facility. There’s no other explanation
