Both staff were really helpful and friendly. There was also no wait.

Employees lock the door to avoid helping customers even during business hours. Public mail service is disrupted by this location purposefully by the employees. This location should be investigated. Mail will be sent late here. Please be aware if youre sending bills or anything with a deadline - use another option. If the employees are feeling unsafe, they need alternative security options like additional staff, training, etc.

98% of the time the customer service at this location is so bad, I wish I don't have to ever step foot in this post office again. The staff are either rude to customers or just don't care. Some staff make give the impression they are doing you a favor while others yell or talk to customers as if they are kids. Definitely one of the USPS location that gives those doing a great job, a terrible perception.
