- AWalex whiteFeb 23, 20261.0The post office is always a confusing place. So having a rude, not helpful employee, makes everything ten times more unbearable. I’m referring to the lady who wears the glasses w the glasses on top of her hair (u know who I’m talking about). Rudely dismisses any question you have without fully even understanding it….just NOT HELPFUL with an attitude. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. You’re in customer service and the service SUCKED.

This location should be investigated. Mail will be sent late here. Please be aware if youre sending bills or anything with a deadline - use another option. If the employees are feeling unsafe, they need alternative security options like additional staff, training, etc.

The staff are either rude to customers or just don't care. Some staff make give the impression they are doing you a favor while others yell or talk to customers as if they are kids. Definitely one of the USPS location that gives those doing a great job, a terrible perception.
