This has been one of the most frustrating experiences, and I truly regret choosing UPS for my shipment. Please don’t ruin your holiday shipments—find a more reliable service that actually values and respects its customers.

ALSO, I accidentally left me phone and he was VERY gracious about identifying that it was mine and it's safe keeping until I could return to the store an hour later. I am VERY grateful for human customer support over automation, especially in these instances. Personal touch is what's missing these day. TY Pierre!
