I figured they needed to confirm the item was correct before the box was closed and that they would give me 5 inches worth of tape, but no! So I took it home. (I have gotten free tape before from other stores) My husband went back on a different day and when he walked in the store the women said, “it’s your lucky day, I said ‘the next man that walks in here gets to clean my floors.’” And then she held out a broom for him to use. For the remainder of the time while he was in the store returning the package the employees were all very rude and cold. Avoid this UPS, go to the one in Union Market if you can. Or better yet, go to FedEx.

They were attentive moving with a purpose and smiling. I can appreciate great customer service even when there seems to be no end coming. Thank u ladies at store 611 Penn Ave.
