    Honestly, I don't understand how the employees there can have such a bad attitude and treat customers with disrespect. This is roughly in line with a lot of the service industry folks in DC, that you would not see in Northern Virginia. The employees act like teenagers doing homework while sitting in detention, while the customers are trying maintain professional presence expected in polite society. I came in to do a simple Amazon return, and they first charged $3 just to print a shipping label and then charged me $2 to apply two pieces of tape to my box. I was not happy with this and stayed silent, but what really bothered me was the bad attitude. You can tell from this one employee's attitude that she hates her life and will punch down on customers with any opportunity she gets. She proceeds to give me a huge attitude when I ask for a receipt. I don't know how people like this expect to get anywhere in life. She's going to be working crappy jobs for the rest of her life with that attitude. I don't need to point out who it is, but if you can imagine what an employee with a bad attitude in DC looks like, that's exactly what they look like. This woman clearly wasn't raised correctly.

    Joyzann (and rest of the team) was an absolute saint. Made a usually inconvenient process super easy for me with no prompting or asking during their peak drop off hours. She just saw a bunch of opportunities to be nice and helpful and did it. Big thanks to her making a rough day a little nicer!

    Anytime I’ve come to this particular location, the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Though parking is not the most convenient (I’ve unfortunately gotten a ticket due to my time-saving tactics), I’m never waiting too long, considering the line that’s usually present. It look worse than what it truly is.

    Joyzann provided careful and thorough service for my complicated request. She was cheerful and chatty. I had a great experience working with her. I also like how all the employees at the store check with you before making you wait in line to see if you can use the automated return service so that you don’t waste your time.
