    Mind blowing. My wife sent me a package express and it was not going to be delivered by the promised time, so we called to cancel the delivery. It took over an hour to get it cancelled (that's another story), after which it was shipped back to this store (they never asked for my return address when I shipped it out). I was given no tracking information for the return. I called the store multiple times over the next 10 days to check if it had arrived and got no answer or they said it hasn't arrived and repeatedly promised to call when it did. Finally the online system updated and it had arrived....a week before. They never called to inform me and actually misinformed me that it wasn't there when apparently it actually was. The package was very sensitive and it was highly stressful not knowing where it was. No apology for the package not arriving at the promised time, or for not keeping me informed about the return. Will not be trusting UPS with important packages again and certainly not this location

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amani is an absolute gem! I had such an incredible experience at the UPS Store in Navy Yard thanks to Amani. She is truly exceptional — she multitasks effortlessly, moves with lightning speed, and takes care of everyone with such professionalism and kindness. She doesn’t let anyone wait, stays calm even when it’s busy, and handles every request with a smile. I’m super grateful for her help today. What I needed was taken care of immediately, and I was in and out without any wait at all. Amani is polite, efficient, and an absolute treasure to this location. Thank you, Amani — you’re amazing!

    I came here to get a few documents notarized. It was fast and easy- Darius helped me. The price was reasonable too. I’ll be back to this store if I need anything else in the future.

    Came in to get a notary service after making an appointment. The person who was INCREDIBLY rude and argumentative. She abrasively asked for my ID then told me "just you know we don't do appointments." I told her that I had made an appointment online. She kept repeating "you're not listening, we don't do Appointments." In a very rude, abrasive way. And I kept repeating - you do them online. She got more and more angry and said "I can refuse your service!" And to that I say - UPS please hire people who actually want to be there and want to work and aren't mad at everyone who walks in the door. This person started off abrasive and with an attitude. I won't be back, there are too many other options to mail our ship something to have someone ruin my morning. This was 10/22/2025 at 10:30am fyiw. Please teach your employees manners and customer courtesy.

    Update 11/14: After I posted this review, I received a call from Amani Bowman. She ended up getting this resolved for me. I did have to follow up again but not because of her. The owner didn’t follow up. But she helped me get repaid. That’s how you treat customers. I wasn’t asking for something that I wasn’t owed or promised. How you follow up matters. Thank you, Amani! I would recommend not using this UPS location. There are others that have better integrity. I had a package that was delivered to this location. They acknowledged it was delivered. It was a pair of $900 plus dollar shoes. The package was either lost or stolen! They got me in touch with the owner after avoiding me for awhile. He promised to resolve it and never heard back. Yet, he is galivanting all of the world and not doing right by his customers. I would give them a 0 or negative if I could but that's not an option. You have been warned. They will NOT make it right. I had a PO box with them. I canceled it and have not been back. I don't care about mistakes but how you handle them speaks volumes about the type of business you run and how you truly feel about your customers.
