There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!

There were people standing in line with boxes, and waiting to be serviced. While the workers just look at everyone in line, while they have their own private conversations. The older lady and her coworkers lacked customer service skills, and need further training. I asked for tape because I ran out of tape. The lady pictured and all her coworkers sarcastically told me, “ they don’t give out, but one strip of tape.” It was as if like they got joy out of, turning a customers away. Then, the lady pictured laughed when I went elsewhere and came back with my box taped and ready to go. It takes nothing from you to do an act of kindness. Treat others how you would like to be treated. In everything that you do , and watch how much better your life will become.
