  I had a package that was supposed to be picked up within 7 days. The girls that worked at this location returned my package to sender BEOFRE the 7 days were up. On the ups site it shows that they marked that I refused my package when clearly I was here to pick it up today. I don’t know if my package was attempted to be stolen or if these people just didn’t want to hold my package for the 7 days PER the company policy. My package arrived at the location on 1/29/26 and I when I went to pick up my package today the women who worked there said they returned it to sender on 2/3/26. I need a complete investigation that’s clearly not right!

  Great service and even better staff. They handled my shipping quickly and helped me print a couple of large New Year’s party photos that turned out beautifully. Fast, helpful, and reliable. I’ll definitely be back! The two woman are fantastic and charming even with the store busy.

  One star only because I’m required to rate before reviewing otherwise customer service was 0. Samantha decided to huff and puff while I pulled up my second return code then proceeded to walk off. I waited patiently for her to return while the other employee female watched from a few distance. I was the only customer present. Once Samantha returned she said “do you have it now?!” I showed her the code she handed me one print out at that time I asked for a receipt for both shipments she stated it was on the one sheet she handed me. I asked for clarity and confirmation that the one print out verified both shipments. With more attitude she pointed at the paper and said yes! I asked her name and said Thank you. I proceeded to walk out and stated to service was awful and nasty. The other employee said owwww. I responded yes it’s awful! She then asked what? What’s wrong? I’m just standing here talking to my boss. At that time I said great can I speak with him as well. He came from behind the wall I expressed the customer service dissatisfaction his response was: thank you for your feedback. No apology just dismissive and nonchalant. I let him know I would now leave a public review immediately. Highly do not recommend! Lazy employees unhappy in customer service.

  I went to this location to drop off an Amazon package that was a note box and no label. There was no one in line no one in the store. There was no one in line no one in the store. Do you know he sent me to the kiosk to use the kiosk because he says because it was a no box no label… I think that’s ridiculous. All he had to do was scan my pkg … it was the guy with the big old earlobes in his ears. Pure laziness! Also, a few weeks ago I went to this location on a Sunday and they were closed. It was not a holiday Sunday. It was around 11 or 12 PM and they were closed. I’m sick of this location.
