  I came for printing services yesterday (02/03) and had a great interaction with both sales associates, this is definitely the go-to print shop in DC. The young African American lady who handled my prints did a stellar job, despite being verbally harassed by another African American lady in front of the other sales associate. Although the interaction was extremely bigoted and disrespectful, I commend her and the young man working with her for remaining calm.

  I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a UPS store, but the folks who run this store are so efficient, professional, and kind I felt compelled to. I’ve never seen a long line managed so quickly.

  I give this rating because UPS is very reliable and trustworthy. The tracking system and ETA is always accurate. UPS is also very good with communication.

  Convenient location but beware this location is expensive. The person helping me was very nice but quoted me $55 to send a package to Vegas. I send packages to my family in Vegas all the time and knew this was overpriced. After being quoted the price I said no thank you, I will try the post office. The worker said they could check the USPS prices and that if I went to USPS it would be $12-$13 more. This was incorrect. I took my chances and went to the post office anyway. Ended up being $22 as I suspected. Saved over $30 going to the post office.
