  I’ve called several times to this location and have not received a single call back from them. All communication has been initiated through me. This is very unfortunate because as a recent graduate trying to find employment, I find it unfortunate that a temp agency that is supposed to help people find employment do not feel the need to follow up with individuals. I've tried working with numerous job recruiters to no avail. Robert Half needs to do better and actually help those that need employment in order to survive.

  They have many low ratings probably for good reasons. I had the opportunity to talk to Bethel Fantahun from Robert and Half. She presented me an opportunity with a role at Outreach Solutions. When I got the call from a person named “Paul Brown” he stated that he was from “Prutech.” Then he went and said Ana was the recruiter he spoke to from Robert and Half. Then he went ahead and said the role didn’t require a government clearance when I asked him. However the job description that was provided to me said it was one of the qualifications. This phone “interview” had nothing but red flags and making me think this was a scam call. This isn’t the first time I’ve interacted with Robert and Half. Earlier in my career I got ghosted by them. I highly recommend staying away from this company. It doesn’t seem like they improved their process at all from when I first interacted with them.

  I initially had a disappointing experience with Robert Half, feeling ghosted by two separate recruiters. As a job seeker, this added to an already stressful time and left me questioning myself and my qualifications. I expressed my concerns in a review, hoping the agency would understand how ghosting can hurt candidates’ morale, confidence, and trust in the job search process. To their credit, Robert Half responded quickly and sincerely apologized for my experience. Mr. Barnette, Regional VP, reached out to address my concerns and assured me that he would discuss my feedback with the appropriate parties to help improve communication going forward. I appreciate Robert Half’s willingness to listen and take action to address my concerns. Thank you to Mr. Barnette and the team for your responsiveness and for making a sincere effort to improve the candidate experience. I hope the agency continues to prioritize communication and candidate care, as it truly makes a difference.

  I've used Robert Half for several temporary financial positions in the past few years. They've found quality candidates in my timeframe and budget. Recommend!

  Hello - I just completed an IT Contract to Hire position with Robert Half and would like to mention I really enjoyed working with the team. Specifically, LEAH was my recruiter - she provided all the details, vetted my skill-set properly, kept the process cheerful, and was so professional. I have really enjoyed working with LEAH and everyone else at Robert Half and plan to send more folks to them in the future! Thank you to everyone as I continue with the same company as a full-time IT employee.
