    First time shipper. The lady upsold us on shipment, interrupted me rudely when I was trying to ask my partner what day we should ship (preventing me from gathering any pricing information other than her own, classic sales tactic) and started speaking super slow like she wanted me to know that she thought I was stupid. She’d be good at sales if she were nicer, but unfortunately her aggressive and manipulative demeanor weirded us out and we won’t be back. Didn’t give us any options for ground shipping, btw. Basically made it sound like OneRate was our only option. Gross.

    I ordered an iPhone on back order through Verizon, and unfortunately FedEx was the carrier assigned to deliver it. The delivery experience was extremely disappointing. I was home all morning waiting for my package, and tracking showed it would arrive before 1:30 PM on New Year’s Eve. The driver never came to my address, yet the package was marked as “customer unavailable.” No delivery attempt was made. My leasing office was open and fully staffed, with multiple people onsite, and they confirmed no FedEx driver or truck came to the building. The office is directly next to the main entrance and has full visibility through glass doors, so they would have seen any delivery attempt. My apartment also faces the street at a low level, and I never saw a FedEx truck pull up. The driver uploaded a photo of a random street instead of my building and left with my package. This is unacceptable, especially for a high-value item. I was really looking forward to receiving my phone, and this situation caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I work for Amazon, so I understand delivery expectations, and I would never treat a customer’s package this way. This driver did not make any attempt to deliver my phone, and FedEx needs to hold drivers accountable for actions like this.

    Stupid system...I couldn't ship an item using my company's business account without showing some form of association to my company, but they said I can do it at a FEDEX office print and ship. I dont understand how that works. This is a main fedex shipping center, but I have to use an their office print and ahip facility to do the same thing without needing to provide proof of association. Real stupid and inconvenient system. Dont bother with this facility if you need to ship something with your Fedex business account. I've never had to go through this in the 9 years i've been working for my company...hate this facilty.

    I can say with confidence that I have never had a better customer experience. This is entirely due to FedEx associate Holly House. Warm and engaging by nature Holly exceeded all expectations for great customer service. She is truly a joy.
