I needed help printing and preparing funeral programs and other materials for a service — something I had absolutely no experience doing — and their team was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They walked me through formatting, paper options, sizing, and made sure everything looked beautiful and professional. What meant the most was that they even stayed late on a Friday night to help me finish everything so it would be ready for the next day. That level of care and dedication is rare. During an emotional and stressful time, they made the process seamless and supportive. This is by far the best FedEx in DC. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing thoughtful, reliable service.
