I called customer service every day for a month because the content of the package was important and time sensitive, and they were not helpful at all (even tried to gaslight that I didn't hand in the package). I came to this location at least four times to check if they still have the package, and each time I was met with rude and apathetic employee, including the manager. They just made it clear that they didn't want to help me, except for this one man at the printing station who at least attempted to try. Imagine my disappointment a month later when I got a call from the store itself that my package never left the store, it was beyond incompetence and again, apathetic, no apologies whatsoever. I will never return, and will try to avoid fedex.
