  Jennifer was so nice and helpful when I printed and accidentally got the wrong paper weight for one item. She read the room and saw I was stressed and just reprinted it for me so it matched my other orders. Thank you!

  Nice staff. Very helpful. But don't try to get digital passport photos here. I had mine done 3 times and every one was rejected. Too blurred. Overexposed. Reflections and shadows....

  If you’re looking for a passport picture, do not even go. It doesn’t work. It always don’t work. They always tell you ohh it was working yesterday, but it doesn’t work right now.

  I drop off my package in this location and my tracking didn't update. I called customer service every day for a month because the content of the package was important and time sensitive, and they were not helpful at all (even tried to gaslight that I didn't hand in the package). I came to this location at least four times to check if they still have the package, and each time I was met with rude and apathetic employee, including the manager. They just made it clear that they didn't want to help me, except for this one man at the printing station who at least attempted to try. Imagine my disappointment a month later when I got a call from the store itself that my package never left the store, it was beyond incompetence and again, apathetic, no apologies whatsoever. I will never return, and will try to avoid fedex.

  There are many FedEx Office & Ship locations within the D.C. Metropolitan area and all of them offer more or less the same services. What store #1748 does not offer is customer service or up to date web browsing software. The combination of these two factors has led to a less than satisfactory visit to this location and as such there will be no further visits to this particular store. Having arrived at this branch in the early morning hours in order to print documents from Google Docs it was frustrating to realize that FedEx Office & Ship does not have the software needed to allow one to simply print from the web and be on their way. When the store manager was politely asked for assistance he was too busy engaging in idle conversation with a non paying and only additional customer to assist in finding an effective way to access the aforementioned documents. Ultimately a semi convoluted workaround was found that produced the desired results with very little to no help from the manager. The Consumer General does not recommend this location to individuals who are not locals to the neighborhood, familiar with the store's manager, or who do not meet whatever mystery criteria is required for assistance. Resourceful, tech savvy, and self reliant individuals should however encounter few frustrations, but their time and money would best be spent elsewhere. The Consumer General
