  I cannot say enough good things about this FedEx. The front desk staff are so helpful, every time. I've shown up with absurdly large rugs, huge puffy pillows, and other misshapen items and they have jumped in to support me each time.

  Drivers in the area regularly lie about having made a delivery attempt when they clearly just don’t want to deliver a package.

  Exceptional service provided on Sunday 2/1 by the print shop staff (I wish I had written down names!). We needed a simple job printed quickly and the job was perfect and also finished 3 hours ahead of the original estimate, which was a life saver on a hectic day.

  I want to specifically shout out Maxwell, the store manager at the Eastern Market FedEx. He’s helped me twice now, and while neither situation was anything out of the ordinary, his efficiency, kindness, and willingness to genuinely help stood out so much. He’s calm, knowledgeable, and makes what could be a stressful errand feel easy and pleasant. Customer service like this really makes a difference—thank you, Maxwell!

  Visited this location to deal with a return and though I wasn’t assisted by Ms. Laneisha, I still had to leave a 5 start review due to her customer service so the a family that spoke little to no English. She was kind, patient and didn’t it make them feel rushed at all. I’m one who appreciates good customer service when I see it and I felt the need to acknowledge her outstanding customer service. Thank You for being great!!!!!
