- EEEricNov 29, 20255.0Visited this location to deal with a return and though I wasn’t assisted by Ms. Laneisha, I still had to leave a 5 start review due to her customer service so the a family that spoke little to no English. She was kind, patient and didn’t it make them feel rushed at all. I’m one who appreciates good customer service when I see it and I felt the need to acknowledge her outstanding customer service. Thank You for being great!!!!!

- JAJalil AfridiNov 9, 20251.0Manager Chay, needs to fired immediately, despite me telling her that I am a little handicap and if she could help me, she delayed my work, entertained other customers, charged me wrong amount and was very rude. I started working on photocopy machine and was doing it wrong till Mr Anthony came although I had asked for helped earlier, please see me inside story from store video cameras from 4:45 till 5:30 and see Miss Chay behavior for yourself. Also why are the store lights off since last one hour? Multiple bad management things, time to change the manager and bring somebody who is more humane and customer centric. 🙏 P.s:Fell free to contact me if you need to see my handicap card.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was immediately shown which envelope to use, and the whole process went smoothly. When I finished filling out my form, the staff helped me right away — I didn’t have to wait at all. They even kindly helped me correct a small detail (adding a name) without any hesitation. I especially want to mention Jennifer, who was incredibly pleasant and professional. She greeted every customer with a warm “hello” and said “goodbye, have a good day” to everyone as they left. Her kindness really made a difference — it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a shipping location. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
