He even had them ready for me before they closed at 7pm. It was a huge ask and he really came through. We also called two days later with a similar request and he was able to execute as well. You guys have a gem with Justin.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had, I arrived approximately 8 minutes before closing time to ship a package. The agent laughed at me when i said need to ship my phone, Instead of being greeted respectfully, the agent mocked me and asked, “What made you come at this time?” This comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. Regardless of the time, as long as a customer arrives before closing, they should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, if they can't serve the customer they could have said it in a better way or politely. As a human i can understand that they need to close and take care of any errands. “Being mocked and dismissed in such a disrespectful manner just 8 minutes before closing was not only unprofessional but also degrading. This type of behavior is inexcusable and leaves customers feeling humiliated instead of valued.”
