I travel for work, I use Fedex Office locations as my defacto work and print location. That being said, I'd say I've patronized roughly 30 Fedex Office locations. I have had some silly and unsavory interactions at a location here and there, which is to be expected whenever you have to deal with a large company and many different associates. But I have one, never been disrespected like I was at this location and therefore, two, never felt the need to write a review or file complaints like I am in the midst of doing right now. Both "Jas" and whoever her coworker was tonight needs to be fired. I didn't take the time to read the ither reviews of this 2.7 rated location but if these two are the standard 2.7 is far too generous. Jas willingly admitted to not knowing how to do her job while her coworker was happy to provide an gleefully useless assist. I'm emailing apparent store manager Bou right now to find out why is staff is both unprofessional and poorly trained

This location desperately needs a zero. I visited on December 9 around noon, hoping to print two 16x20 canvas pictures. The girl never mentioned they didn’t have canvas paper. Instead, she printed my pictures with an unpleasant attitude. It’s understandable she might be having a bad day, but my email clearly states my request. Forget about me.
The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive to an elderly woman. I have video evidence of it. The woman needed help in the self-service area, but the guy yelled at her from beside the counter and shouted in front of me and others, “I’m not helping you. You come in here all the time and still don’t know how to work the printer. No, I’m not helping you.” I looked over at the woman, and it seemed like her entire world had ended.
Mind you, she’s elderly, so I offered to help. However, another woman stood up and said, “Because she comes in here often, you’re not going to help her.” The manager told that other woman to mind her business, as the older woman always needs help. Dude, this is your job! You work for her. Companies pay you to assist their customers. I wish I could upload this video because it’s disgusting. This location desperately needs new management ASAP.

A very mean Senegalese man works here. He was super rude to annolder lady who needed help with the printer. He yelled at her, because she would come often and still need help. This is the meanest customer service I have ever seen at Fedex. I felt terrible for the lady and had to step in for help. He should definetly not work there. Or at least change his attitude. HIS NAME IS BOUNAMA.

Bo, who am assuming is a manager was of little help and rude. I forwarded my shipping label to their location as I was instructed to do by him and he did not follow up. He did not retrieve the label or help me in any other way. He just left me standing there while he worked on other things.
