  Yoel is a wonderful staff member and was very professional and helpful to everyone even though he was the only staff member working today. He maintained poise and patience while dealing with multiple customers and was on point when it came to troubleshooting multiple individuals requests at the same time. Definitely glad to have seen such a hard working individual, excellent service, and even being seen rapidly given the circumstances. Definitely recommend this FedEx and I'll ensure I keep coming myself.

  Employee Anthony is my hero! I came to this FedEx location after being told at another FedEx location that the address provided by Canadian authorities as the "courier" address for my citizenship documents was incorrect and my shipment could not be processed. Anthony had no trouble with the address, and patiently and determinedly persisted in making this shipment happen even though the system resisted processing it despite my having a FedEx account. I am very relieved that these documents are on their way, and very grateful to Anthony for making it happen. Even this location is much farther from my house than the first one, I definitely will return here when I need to ship in person.

  Nicole shouldn’t be working with customers if she’s troubled attending to customers’ needs. Her demeanor was bothersome. She claimed I didn’t have an order to pick up. I wanted passport pictures taken for a personal project and she took a terrible picture of me (was talking at the time) when I wouldn’t go into detail. I had to request that my picture be taken twice. I am hoping that my experience today isn’t typical for everyone who has interacted with this employee.

  Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Told them what I needed and was told I needed to bring my own USB, came back 15 min later and was told I didn’t need a USB by the same person. Woman working the counter was inefficient, rude, and argumentative. They had no supplies, were understaffed, and were overall not helpful. Place looks likes it’s going out of business, probably a good thing.
