After writing the address on a piece of paper, the team managed to send the package to a completely different address in a different city. After stopping the package from being delivered to a random person, I was then reassured that the package would be returned to the FedEx location that it was sent from. I show up today to try to resend the package and it turns out the location received the package and proceeded to then ship it to a home address that was not on file. Never come here.

I walked in confused, and before I even asked, he approached with patience and guided me step by step through what I needed. While helping me, two other lost customers came in with completely different issues. Rommel managed to assist all three of us at once, calmly and efficiently, without letting anyone feel ignored. His proactive care, expertise, and patience turned what could have been a stressful moment into an easy one. FedEx should be proud to have him—he embodies what great customer care looks like.
