    As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Larry who immediately started to help with me a huge return that needed to be processed. I expressed how nervous I was about this big purchase getting damaged in transit and Larry responded with a quick “I got you” , added extra padding, and taped it up with such care! I left the store feeling confident and happy to have such a smooth exchange! Thanks Larry! 10/10 customer service!

    I was forced to visit twice, spending over an hour in total, due to the staff's inability to scan a simple QR code for a return. Both the young male employee and the female store manager were rude and unprofessional. The manager spent her time on a personal phone call while attempting to help me and became belligerent when she realized her error. I was ultimately yelled at by the manager in front of other customers. The level of incompetence and poor customer service displayed by this team is completely unacceptable. The lack of training and basic customer service skills from both staff members is shocking.

    Completely unprofessional experience with your employee (Mi Mi) she was on FaceTime the whole time and answered an additional call while also texting. She was talking loudly and was trying to “multitask” but was clearly being inefficient. What should have taken me no more than 10 minutes took at least double that.
