I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service at this FedEx location, especially from the store manager, Nita. I visit this store often for shipping, returns, and packing supplies, and every single time I walk in, Nita is there running the entire store with just one team member, Michael, doing the work most locations need several people to handle.
Despite the heavy workload and constant flow of customers, she still greets everyone with a smile. Even on days when that smile is clearly coming from a place of sheer determination, her professionalism and dedication never waver.
I’ve been in the store enough to see how challenging her job has become. I’ve witnessed customers come in already rude or disrespectful, and I’ve seen the pressure she carries just trying to help everyone as quickly as she can. And yet, she continues to show up, stay patient, and give her best every single day.
The truth is simple: Nita is the reason this location is staying afloat.
Her work ethic, her consistency, and her kindness keep this place running, and it deserves to be recognized.
I’m writing this review to say thank you.
Nita, your hard work does not go unnoticed. I appreciate your patience, your effort, and the grace you show in a very demanding environment. You deserve recognition for everything you do.
Thank you for being a real human being in a job that asks so much. I see you, and I’m grateful.

I came to this store in order to print 2 documents on September 8, 2020, around 10am. There were 2 employees working at the counter and I was the only customer. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out the printing process, I asked for help. One of the employees came over and told me I did it wrong, punched a few keys and walked away. I felt silly because I still could not figure out how to get the document from my cell phone to the printer. I asked for help again and she put down her cell phone and came to help me - but she was clearly unhappy. I told her that I was sorry to be bothering her but that this was customer service. She raised her hand to my face and told me not to disrespect her. After she left, the printer had an error message and so I had to ask for help a third time. She told the other associate (Nicole) to help me. Nicole was very helpful and I was able to get my job done fairly quickly after that. I don't understand why the other employee had such a negative demeanor - I really felt like I had done something wrong by asking her to help me use the service that they are providing.

Agree with other comments. Went in to ask them to please wrap + mail a 12 x 24 x 3 painting. Sullen + hostile staff. When I told them box size I wanted, she said she was boss. But it was my package.I left, wrapped + sent package via post office + for fraction of cost. Never again for this store.
