I stopped by to pick up a package and initially stopped at the front desk of the hotel where they explained that packages are signed by Fedex on the 2nd floor of the hotel. I went up there and 3 people told me it is impossible for the package to be there, even showing them that the status of delivery says "signed by receptionist" 3 people still refused and said the package is not there. When I asked to double check, they asked me for last 4 digits of the tracking number and then they found it. Not sure why instead of asking for tracking number in the first place 3 people told me no way the packaging can be here. And they also charged $10 for handling. What handling? They tried to turn me away.
