I have video footage of the driver not ringing my door bell despite being home the whole day. The dude literally stood outside and left. Weird is not the only word I’d use to describe it. The online page also said he left a note. He did not. I rescheduled delivery to today and have been waiting all day to receive the package. Lo and behold no one shows up. How can a delivery company run themselves this way? And don’t bother trying to contact CS. There’s no way to reach a non bot CS agent.
