- CCC Canosa5 days ago5.0There are a lot of negative reviews here, and I understand why. The office isn’t always open during posted hours, and the system often seems to be down. That said, I want to leave a positive review for Mercedes at this USPS location. She is absolutely wonderful—consistently helpful, kind, and friendly—and she truly goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled correctly. Customer service like hers makes a real difference, and it’s always a pleasure being helped by her. USPS is lucky to have Mercedes. Unfortunately, the experience with other postal workers, especially on weekends, often leaves much to be desired. The 5 stars is for Mercedes, 1 star for this location. Avoid if possible.

I’m always polite and say hello but the person there made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when there was no one there! They made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. No one should be made to feel like this when all they want is help. Don’t come here.

I said oh I just need stamps and envelopes and she said they had no stamps and no envelopes. I clarified as I was literally looking at the envelopes. And she still said they had none. And I asked if they had any kind of postage and she said no. You literally can print certain postage sticker from the computer. 🙄
