- AGAkitriana Grayson5 days ago1.0I don’t like writing bad reviews. I tend to keep my comments to myself. But dear God the customer service here is AWFUL. I’m always polite and say hello but the person there made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when there was no one there! They made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. No one should be made to feel like this when all they want is help. Don’t come here.
- JPJenna Potter6 days ago1.0Went in at 4pm to buy stamps and envelopes and the lady that worked that had a really bad attitude she said " what do you want?" I said oh I just need stamps and envelopes and she said they had no stamps and no envelopes. I clarified as I was literally looking at the envelopes. And she still said they had none. And I asked if they had any kind of postage and she said no. You literally can print certain postage sticker from the computer. 🙄

- DBDH BradleyJul 8, 20251.0As of 8 July 2025 you cannot mail packages because their postage system is down. Has been for past week. Very frustrating. Also, cell reception dead zone there so make sure you have all the addresses you need before you go in. I feel bad for the employees.
