- CCCleansed ChakraNov 22, 20251.0I guess I'm here to echo the sentiments of everyone else. The woman should not be in a customer facing role. She is straight up nasty and is unhelpful as can be. On the other hand, the fellow with the slick daddy mustache was a delight to deal with and helpful in every way possible. One can only hope that he is there the next time I need to visit this location and not the mean lady. She is scary and dealing with her ruined my day.

She followed up again and again and guided me through how to find if the package had been delivered without Angie, I don’t know if I would have found my package. Angie is the bomb.

He was nothing, but help. Very nice gentleman. We did not know that cash is required for it, so we left to get cash from our bank. When we came back, he was on lunch. There was a mean lady there, who obviously hated her job and all the customers. When we told her that we need to apply for a passport, she told us that we need to make an appointment. Even though we were still within walk in hours, posted for that location. She told us that she is the only one working at the moment, and she can not take us. And that we need to make an appointment and come back. We told her that we were here before and just went to get cash to complete the transaction, she said it doesn't matter, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOU!! I asked her nicely to speak with the post master. Her answer was EVERYONE LEFT FOR THE DAY!! It was 1:42 pm. Obviously, it was a lie!! She was very RUDE and wasn't even trying to do her job. Poor representation of federal agency. I really hope that her unprofessional actions and behavioral would be addressed! And discipline actions will be taking against her!
