  Unfortunately had an awful experience with them delivering a brand new washer and dryer. They didn’t come with everything- left them in the middle of our basement and said they’d come the next day to install. I did not agree with this at all. I feel very uncomfortable with the fact that they just left them, not hooked and no way for us to tell if they work. They then said they’d be there the NEXT DAY and cancelled at the time of our delivery estimate because they never ordered what they needed to. Now they won’t even just come hook them up and NOT stack them which we agreed we would just set them side by side because we are still in our delivery time. This has been a very, very stressful experience. Be cautious!!! Couldn’t do 0 stars :/

  Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Going on 4 deliveries now, all of which have been complete nightmares. Avoid them at all costs.

  The two people were very friendly. They had truck issues and called before the end of the delivery window explaining they would be delayed. They called back 30 minutes prior to their arrival and brought the box right in and down the hall to our bedroom. We were very appreciative since this was a heavy box.
