- GGGaryNov 14, 20251.0Consistently getting the wrong mail delivered to our house with the wrong house number! Our house number is on the house in large metal numbers. I’ve also posted on the door, the names of who lives here and we (still) get mail delivered with people that don’t match those names that no longer live here and haven’t for years! This is happening on a weekly basis now, sometimes daily, there is just no attention to detail or care.

After going through automated system after automated system and being on hold for over an hour the SUPERVISOR hangs up in my face after they delivered my package to the wrong house. The AUDACITY! UPS needs to clean house and start fresh with more competent workers because this is ridiculous!
