- SSSavannah SanduskyNov 3, 20251.0Unfortunately had an awful experience with them delivering a brand new washer and dryer. They didn’t come with everything- left them in the middle of our basement and said they’d come the next day to install. I did not agree with this at all. I feel very uncomfortable with the fact that they just left them, not hooked and no way for us to tell if they work. They then said they’d be there the NEXT DAY and cancelled at the time of our delivery estimate because they never ordered what they needed to. Now they won’t even just come hook them up and NOT stack them which we agreed we would just set them side by side because we are still in our delivery time. This has been a very, very stressful experience. Be cautious!!! Couldn’t do 0 stars :/
- SSSteveSep 17, 20251.0Worst delivery service ever. Asked for 12:30 pm delivery and it was confirmed 3 times. Delivery guys texted us at 9:45 in the morning saying they were on their way and we replied no one is home until 12:30 , the said ok, and arrived and left at 10. We made multiple calls and everyone said tough and reschedule another week out( we waited a week already) . Then I called back 3 more times and put on hold to escalation, 40 minute wait each time without any one picking up. We canceled our order, screw these guys

- JGJ GDec 10, 20201.0Ordered Samsung washer and dryer. Paid for parts and installation. $74 for both. They were clueless on installation. I had to go out and buy parts and install them myself. All they did was put them in place. They knew they failed because they told my wife to apologize to me because I did not get what I paid for. I received a text from XPO on how the installation was and when I replied that I had to do the installation myself they said that was not good and they would look into it and get back to me. Never heard from them again.
