- BGBeth GallowayAug 4, 20251.0I don't ever give reviews but the service today at this post office was not good. I made an appointment for passport photos for my two adult kids. I was not late, but was told initially that my appointment was not in the system and that the lady who does the photos was not in the building yet. So I asked what was I supposed to do and was told to wait. The lady did give me the applications, but it wasn't clear to me that we needed to have them filled out (I thought I was coming in for photos only). The photo lady showed up close to 20 minutes after our appointment but was very rude to me, said my appointment was in the system and said that we needed to have our papers filled out. She then took four people ahead of us. We filled out our papers and an an hour and a half later, (crossing my fingers) the applications were submitted. It was a very irritating experience and I felt like I was treated like I did something wrong. No apology was given. Not sure it's worth making an appointment when staff is not scheduled.
