  "Always a great experience at this FedEx in Windsor. The staff is consistently polite, the lines move quickly, and my packages are always handled with care. Very reliable location! The facility is clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of.

  This company is designed to drive you insane. The virtual assistant is beyond idiotic and useless. They close claims without providing any information on how it was resolved. My package is still missing and if by some miracle you get someone on the phone they cannot access the claims/case details to tell you have it was resolved. They then reopen the case but there is no way to get details because the system simultaneously says the case is closed and valid at the same time. I will never willingly ship with this company but since I cannot control how others ship things to me I will continue to have to deal with the worst customer service ever.

  One of your drivers was seen parked in a handicap spot at the Walgreens in Bloomfield CT on 1/15/2026 around 4pm EST. This store has a loading/unloading area in the backside of the building.
