I get medication -- with a 6-digit price tag! -- shipped through FedEx (not by choice) EVERY month and the driver (Michael) refuses to deliver it 50% of the time. At this point of writing this, im out almost a quarter million in money and no meds for over 2 months. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT IT TO ACTUALLY GO WHERE YOU NEED IT TO. Never in my life have I had an issue like this with any other carrier or shipping facility. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down for incompetence.
