- CMCoral MitchellDec 6, 20255.0Wilton PO is great. They always have a great choice of stamps, my mailman, Jim, is terrific, and if there is a line, it moves very quickly. I know people complained that they have to take their breaks at particular times, but that is nationwide PO issue, not just Wilton. That is the way they operate. Wilton is easy in, easy out!

She insisted that I change my appointment to an earlier time because she needed to have lunch at a certain hour. Afterward, she was condescending and failed to provide proper orientation or assistance. Additionally, she made unnecessary comments about my ID and even about my photo on it, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No one should feel pressured or disrespected when simply trying to use USPS services. If someone chooses to work with the public, professionalism and courtesy should be part of the role.
