However her interaction with customer in front of me took way longer than necessary as they were having a personal conversation while 3 customers were waiting to do their USPS business. While customer service is paramount to a successful location, it doesn’t make sense to make 1 customer happy but anger 3 other customers.

- SRSandip RoySep 12, 20201.0Update (Nov 5, 2020): I finally closed my PO Box at this terrible little post office. I went in last week, and somehow 3 PM on Thursdays is not working hours (couldn't get a refund on PO Box, because the "manager" had left early). Went in the next day, well, they couldn't give me a cash refund, I had to take a "money order." Okay, another trip to the bank because post office employees are incompetent. Seems like they have let go of the only friendly employee that they had, and have hired another rude employee. Looks like this post office location is intent on letting you know that they really, really don't care about their customers. Good job on turning public opinion against postal service, when you desperately need voter support! ________________________________________________________________________ The postmaster is super, super rude. They have at times misled me to believe that my package has not arrived when it clearly did. And then when I asked about them, she would just help the next customer and ignore me. Also who starts a conversation with a customer with "what do you want?" I try to support the post office, but I have started going to UPS now, because of her behavior and will be closing my PO BOX shortly.
