This PO is disabled friendly and a very courteous and prompt service team. They pay attention to your questions or needs, an provide the best and economic mailing solutions.. US citizens can apply their passports in this location. Overall a true 5-star facility.

He was professisonal and curteous. Jesse, the mail carrier for our neighborhood is remarkable! He is also extremely professional and courteous. Jesse consistently goes above and beyond to take care of the people on his route. We are lucky to have him as our postal carrier. - CBCathy BlairJan 18, 20181.0Ever since we moved up here we cannot get packages delivered to the house. They would send them to Chaplin, 2 towns over. About 10 years ago mail was stolen all over this area, so we decided to get a post office box in Chaplin since we've been forced to go there for our packages. Fortunately for us, the people at the Chaplin office are very nice and give great customer service. Now the problem is that sometimes we order online and some places do not deliver to post office boxes, I have to give a street address. And now FedEx people are too lazy to walk up to the door, so they give the the packages to Willimantic because North Windham office will not take it. All of a sudden Willimantic people do not know to send it to Chaplin, as they have for many years, they just send it back saying we moved! Please put these people out of business, get a post office box in the next town! Same thing happened again! We ordered something and do not take PO boxes for delivery so we put our street address 06256 and somehow Willimantic ends up with the package and sends it back stating we moved. We've been here since 2001 and why are North Windham mail going to Willimantic????
