People waiting and waiting over 30 minutes sometimes. Always the same worker, not her fault. She is tackling people with passports which takes time, people with multiple packages, international customs slips etc which are all time consuming. I feel bad for her. That office needs more counter help they really do!

They could have called me weeks ago or better yet, update the website so they weren't included as an option in the first place. I'm glad I planning way ahead and still have time to complete elsewhere.
