Im pretty blown away how dismissive they were to this guy whom had made an appointment online to get a passport. Rocky Hill, cromwell, really any other post office such better than this place.

Unprofessional and unfriendly service staff. They are too moody to handle customer service. They are otherwise unemployable people.
