- AHAna HuynhFeb 25, 20263.0The government powers that be really need to re-evaluate. Every week I have gone in the afternoon there is one postal worker and the line is out the door. People waiting and waiting over 30 minutes sometimes. Always the same worker, not her fault. She is tackling people with passports which takes time, people with multiple packages, international customs slips etc which are all time consuming. I feel bad for her. That office needs more counter help they really do!

They could have called me weeks ago or better yet, update the website so they weren't included as an option in the first place. I'm glad I planning way ahead and still have time to complete elsewhere.

- CDChris DJan 26, 20261.0I've lived in Town for over 30 years and watched the Service of this Branch progressively spiral downhill, its worse that ever now. Postal attendants here don't mind just walking away from their Stations when lines get long and are seen just wandering around, Really.. We have contacted the Federal Post Master from West Service Rd. at Harford and never even received a response from him. I go to the Newington Branch now to eliminate the long lines, the long wait time and carefree attitudes of some of the Postal Workers at this Branch. Just close it and be done with it.

Im pretty blown away how dismissive they were to this guy whom had made an appointment online to get a passport. Rocky Hill, cromwell, really any other post office such better than this place.
