Really!?!! Both parents have to be present so we literally scheduled our entire day around this appointment ~ get your stuff together here please ~ I’m not sure why I’m so surprised with the way everything else works in the government ~ ridiculous. Lesson= CALL FIRST AND MAKE SURE THE PERSON WHO CAN HELP YOU IS ACTUALLY WORKING THAT DAY 🙄🙄🙄

At the first time they tell me to go to the office located in Hartford when my package was delivered in Wetherfield. Listened to them I go to the one in Hartford and the lady in Hartford telling me to go back to the office in Wetherfield because if my package was missaddressed it will go back to the office in Wetherfield. when I go back to the office in Wetherfield, I told to them that the lady in Hartford said that the package is suppose to be here. Things started from here, all they do is keep saying that my package is not in here when they not even look at my tracking number and my address. When I showed her my address again and telling her to look at it even once and she rejected and started to smash the table and yelling at me that they don't have it. I think she feeling annoyed by helping me. I hope that they not doing the same thing with other people who come for help. This is also the first time I writing comment for a company, so you guys know that it had to be worst experience for me to make me writing this.
