- JFJennifer FrentressFeb 24, 20261.0Very rude employee, said he was going to bump our passport appointment because we questioned him on something we had confirmed with the passport agency. Walked away from us and refused to let us speak. Wish I would have seen reviews before coming here. Go somewhere else, not worth the frustration. PS. Their photo machine is broken

Came in for new passport appointment had 30 minutes for 2 appointments a second guardian had to come and was 15 minutes late so I missed my first appointment however I still had one more appointment but the worker told me I had to reschedule I said I understood I had to reschedule one but I still had a second appointment she started throwing around the word supervisor but wouldn’t let us talk to the supervisor even upon several requests had signs up for walk in appointments from 10 to 3 and we were there at 1:30 we said we would wait she just kept telling us no and outright refused stating the don’t take walk in even though there was a clear sign saying they did completely refused any help or assistance there needs to be a whole new staff with people with any ounce of compassion horrible experience do not use this post office USPS needs to seriously look at the people they hire and the way they treat customers

They were not friendly, they were very suspicious and i should of known something wasn't right when my fiance took in a package to send me . I never received my package when I track it it says from 12/9/2021 to now it is still at the post office there. They refuse to help find the package. I honestly believe someone there stole it NEVER use this post office, they are a bunch of scams. Very disgusted in them never in my life has a post office failed me so badly.
