We were already there with our documents. Don't even bother with this post office if you actually want your passports renewed.

If you have an appointment to get your passport here, just make one somehwere else, because this location will just call you 15 minutes before to let you know that the person you've made an appointment with has been on vacation since 4 days prior, but they just decided to not let you know until the bottom of the 9th inning. It would have been common courtesy to let us know as soon as they knew the appointment wouldn't work so we could reschedule. Maybe Doge should look into this 🧐
