  This place is buying up all the good veterinarian practices and ruining everything. They are getting rid of good vets, raised prices drastically and could care less about their customers or animals. Corp greed at its finest. Just look at the leadership team, says it all.

  This company owns the Emergency Vet in my town. They run under the guise of loving and caring for animals but they really are is a Con Mans box to bleed heartsick owners dry on the weekends in their so called Emergency Rooms. I took my dog in over the weekend and they refused to look at him without running certain tests that I said were not the issue. by the time they ran a fecal which wasn't expensive, I'd already racked up almost 1k in bills. They sent my dog home saying he was fine. Next morning he was dying. I took my dog back to the vet only to be told upon walking in that they wouldn't see him and take him elsewhere. I said he was dying and they looked right at me and said I DONT CARE........ You're right. They already got almost 1k out of me. What did they care? I lost my baby. He was 4 and didn't need to die. I lost my best friend and had to come home and tell my kids that he was gone. All because they "DIDNT CARE". This practice needs to be shut down. There need to be laws in place to keep practices like this from operating and robbing a person blind. They are nothing more than a scam.

  The staff seems unqualified. And provided me with incorrect information. The cashier did not know website address. I felt rushed unable to email dog activity.

  We were unable to get a ink signed copy of the rabies certificate for travel. Emailed and talked to the company about this issue with the response of IF they could get a ink copy it would take over a month. IF is not an acceptable answer! As a military family who has to move overseas, who trusted your business, to avoid 120 days of our dog having to be quarantined. I am extremely disappointed and will never make the mistake of trusting this company again! Unprofessional! Unreliable! This mistake will cost my family thousands of dollars in quarantine bills or having to leave our beloved puppy behind.
