I recently had an issue with a package I sent via USPS, which had high sentimental value. The tracking system showed "Out for Delivery" on Monday and "Awaiting Delivery" on Tuesday, with no updates. I contacted this USPS office on Tuesday, and T answered, asking me to call back the next day. On Wednesday, I spoke with Aubrey, who informed me that many packages had been delivered to the address on both Monday and Tuesday, but there was no way to tell whether mine was, despite the tracking still indicating "Awaiting Delivery." After checking the USPS online tracking information multiple times, the “Awaiting Delivery” status remained unchanged. Aubrey mentioned he would check with USPS in my state to see if the package had been returned. Later, I saw a positive eBay review from the recipient, confirming they received the item. Since T and Aubrey both sounded earnest and helpful when speaking with me, I was very eager to deliver the exciting news to them. That’s when things took a turn for the worse. When I tried to inform the USPS office of this positive update, I encountered significant difficulties. First, my calls throughout their office hours were not answered. When I used a different number, my call was immediately answered but then disconnected when I requested to speak with Aubrey about an update with the package. Further attempts to call this office using both my previous and new numbers were not answered at all. While I appreciate T and Aubrey initially taking my calls, the lack of response and difficulty in reaching them afterward was frustrating. I wanted to help by confirming the package was delivered, but this experience left a bad impression. Not all customer calls are problematic, but this experience was so disheartening that I will not consider using USPS to ship any of my future packages. Rating: Two stars for initial responsiveness, but zero stars for the lack of follow-up and poor customer service afterward.

Consistently grumpy, unpleasant personnel, maybe just to women, where asking for information and instructions politely to them is an opportunity to be treated badly. We all like to support local post offices but these guys make it difficult.
