Time and time again these folks are the absolute, most unfriendly, unhelpful and borderline rude people I have consistently interacted with. Is in charge here? How about adding in the very simplest level of customer service?? This is not a one time occurrence. I hate this place!

Going into the post office, they have always been super helpful. My mail carrier is awesome. He doesn't try to stuff items in my mailbox.
