Although the transaction was eventually completed, the service was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. I still wonder if the price she charged was actually reasonable.

And the ones that use to be there were nice.. there’s only one lady from long time ago that’s still there.. but now There’s a women who wears a mask and sits down while she works. She usually sits in the middle. God forbid you have a package to pick up she can never ever find it.. but if I leave and come back to someone else they find the packages. This has happened more than once. Her tone was even nasty to my 14yr old when we went back ..I HATE HATE going there now because of her.. she has a very nasty attitude, and disposition. Her tone has never ever been nice..she’s lazy and good for nothing.

They made come to post office thrice, why they couldn't pass me a simple information requiring me to get a signature. Such low standard there business holds. Obviously there ratings were so low.
