Unfortunately every time I come to this location I have to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes. Today, the clerk made an announcement that no one will pay overtime so they are doing the best they can. I suppose that’s true, but if management won’t pay overtime, then the managers should come out and man a station. I love the post office and believe they offer a fantastic value to mail letters. However, I have higher expectations and find other locations to be much better managed.

Embarrassing to whoever is in charge here. 1 of the 4 stations is staffed if youre lucky, consistently operates like this and nothing is done. Our govt should step in and close this location with how poor it operates

This USPS office sucks every time i have to send a package. There's only one cashier and 18 customers in line at 4:50pm they closed at 5pm. This picture only shows the customers in front of me the others are even outside the lobby area doing the line. Is crazy

Since they have a limited staff, delays can be significant. I only use this shipping method as a last resort, typically when a client specifically requests it because of the lower price.

This is - without exaggerating - the worst post office in the state of Connecticut and I’ve been to my fair share. There is a line out the door with one slow person working - often taking minutes on end to go chat in the back - at all times. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT leave a package there without watching them scan it. It will “get lost” or maybe even go home with someone who works there - it happens every single time. They need to close this location down and figure out what’s going on.
