  I’ve been going to this particular UPS Store a long time and never had any issues. Angie is an excellent employee, she’s professional, pleasant and goes out of her way to help you. Kudos Angie!

  I hardly go into ups and I had the worst experience today customer service really needs to improve people should not have to walk into a place and be treated rudely by staff when I was waited on there was a older lady helping me she seemed rude and was slamming her scanner down and had a attitude for no reason...Does not make me want to go back.

  Staff was very pleasant when I called to ask if they had a Notary - Pleasant and helpful throughout my time in the store. All three staff who were on were kind, helpful, interactive. All of the services and supplies that I needed were at this UPS Thank you
