  Came for TSA PRECHECK and it's a absolute disaster, could care less and no organization at all What a horrible setup. No customer service skills at all !! Intentionally slow as to not have to deal with walk ins !!

  I went to this store for the TSA pre check. I did not have an appointment but online and in the store it says walkins welcome. Which I believe is far from the truth. I waited for 3 hours and was skipped in the que with other people who also didn't have an appointment and who arrived after myself. I finally had to go up to the man and say hi- which he didn't respond a single word to me- just stared. It seemed like he was purposely being extra slow to not serve people (there were other people there who had left because they couldn't wait- which means loosing revenue). The machine does everything for you and once I was serviced it took me less than 5 mins. Why did it take 20 mins for some and others took less than 5 mins? People also had no idea about a sign up sheet- which I had to help tell people as they came in as to not distract him from the kiosk. I suggest getting an assistant or a better set up for the man who works there. There certainly has to be a better way to service people than what was done today though.

  Yet another bad experience in this store. Employees are rude, incompetent & inattentive. Try to avoid if you can.

  Thank you so much to Nikolai( I hope I spelled it right) for helping me sign up for Staples app & checking out my flyers! He was so informative and helpful. I’d also like to thank the gentlemen with the glasses in the camo sweater for helping me print out my flyers! It was almost closing yet he took his time to ensure I got my flyers to look how I want.
