There was one postal clerk by the name of Ursula who is known to talk loud under her mask that covers her mouth but, not her nose, weird.There were 6 people in line including me. She spent over 10 minutes with 2 gentlemen. It was a dreadful wait. By that time, about 10 more customers came in. Everyone’s was psst off from the wait. When it was FINALLY my turn (dropping off packages). Ursula gives me an attitude for no reason. Complaining that she has to punch in the numbers in the computer 🤣 trying to school me over font size. She has a big mouth and offered poor customer service and is unprofessional. I’m not sure why she was the only one working which is not right. She can’t handle her job appropriately.
