If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. In my apartments mail room with our personal mail boxes are about 9 large mail box cubbies for over sized packages; USPS has access to them. Instead of the mailman doing his job and using them he leaves everyone’s larger packages in a newspaper cubbie in front of the elevator. Multiple small - medium packages can fit in a cubbie at once. Everyone’s packages left in that newspaper cubbie were stolen. The mailman literally admitted on the phone to not using the cubbies and that it was too many packages and he was overwhelmed. He didn't even try to use the cubbies but took the lazy way out and put them in a cubbie instead. Being overwhelmed by your job is totally understandable but you’re a mailman. That’s your job to make sure mail is delivered securely. & it wasn’t. He then suggested I pick up my mail from the post office. I’m in awe. The manager of the apartment complex has video footage of people stealing the packages because they were not placed where they should’ve been; in the mailbox or cubbie.

If anyone needs to see ‘why’ the USPS is a bankrupt operation?.. Just pay a visit here. Never enough staff, even on busy days. The age of staff contributes to slow service and sometimes staff is just walking back and forth behind the counter?? Damn if I know what’s going on? I’m sure there are still ‘some’ post offices in the country that are somewhat competent in serving their costumers. (You know? Us the taxpayers who pay them) but this facility is not one of them. Let’s put it this way..Diversity is not beneficial when a business treats competency and merit as an after thought. This is not hyperbole..Don’t believe me? Try going here yourself on a weekend or weekday..Maybe you’ll get lucky but statistically? The odds are not in your favor. The postal service will be the way of the horse and buggy in 5-10 years……won’t be missed

Supposed to be open on Friday. Got there today with holiday packages only to find that they're not open in Friday. Why is this? Makes no sense especially during the holidays. Very frustrating.

Read the other reviews. They are accurate. Do not come here within an hour of their closing time, especially during the holidays. I am pretty patient with slow service or long lines but the 2 together is a horrible combination. One person working during the holidays is an interesting choice.
